Merely watching the movie The Secret will be of little use until and unless one builds up his or her own self esteem. Love yourself, express gratitude and always look the best in your worst possible time. Things will gradually change for the better. GOD BLESS.
I certainly agreed very much to what you have just said. To me that is the big secret which many people have missed out. And equally important is to be able to forgive others and practice total acceptance. Thank you.
